All student absences must be reported.  The following are all acceptable ways to report absences: COE online absence form, phone call to office, written note or email sent to Emily_Montgomery@roundrockisd.org. Please include the student’s name, grade, date(s) of absence, reason for absence and parent/guardian signature.

COE Registration for New Students

When: Monday-Thursday from 7:30-2:30

Where: COE Campus Office

First Step: Register online from the Round Rock ISD website under new student registration 2021-2022.

Second Step: Bring in the following supporting documents…

• birth certificate
• social security card
• immunization record
• proof of residency
• previous school report card (optional)

If you plan to be a Watch D.O.G., go on a field trip, volunteer in the classroom, or work with students, you must complete the online application AND receive approval. Online Volunteer Application.

Some helpful tips to remember when submitting your volunteer application:

1. Please complete entire form.
2. Select the school(s) where you would like to volunteer (you can choose more than one school).
3. Please make sure that you click the SUBMIT button.
